Our Computers are upgraded periodically to keep up with the industry. Our drafting and data computations are performed using AutoCAD and C&G Survey Solutions software. Other programs we utilize are Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and other standard software. The Internet has greatly enhanced our ability to transfer data with engineers, architects, planners and the like, as if we were in the same facility.

Transportation is key and our vehicles are all four-wheel drive and equipped with cell phones and hand held two-way radios. No matter what the task entails, we have the right equipment and resources to handle most any job.

At Bluhm & Associates Land Surveyors Inc. we strive to keep up with the ever changing improvements in technology. We utilize Global Positioning System (G.P.S.) with three Trimble 4800 satellite receivers and two Topcon GPS receivers. These receivers are equipped with RTK and on the fly initializations as well as the standard modes of data collection.

We also use Topcon total station instruments and Lietz Levels.  To the left is a picture of one of our total stations used for all aspects of surveying in the field.
